These tags record critical details including fire resistance level (FRL), certifier and manufacturer names, year of installation, and compliance to Australian standards.
Durable Construction for Long-Term Readability
Made from durable aluminium or stainless steel, each tag features laser-etched or embossed text for long-term readability. Door leaf tags display FRL, certifier, manufacture year, and unique door set number, while frame tags note FRL, manufacturer, and certifier.
Installation to Australian Standards
Tags are mechanically fixed (riveted or screwed) to the hinge side of the door or frame, approximately 1.5 m above floor level as per the standard. Custom data such as building codes or logos can be included where permitted.
